Need a copy of your prescription?

Your prescription is available to download directly from the patient portal at patient.2020onsite.com. Your prescription should be available there 24/7.

Here's how to access it:

1. Go to patient.2020onsite.com 
2. Log in using the same email address you used when booking your appointment 
3. Your prescription should be right there in your account

If you're having trouble logging in:

• Please note: You'll need a patient portal account to access your documents — this is different from your appointment confirmation.
• Make sure you're using all lowercase letters for your email
• Try using Chrome or Firefox
• If you're on a work network, try switching to your phone or home Wi-Fi
