Patient Portal — What can I do?


The patient portal remains active. Patients can use it to:

• Download a copy of their prescription

• Download a copy of their receipt

• View personal information on file


Having trouble? Email info@2020onsite.com.  

Here's how to access your portal:

  1. Go to patient.2020onsite.com 
  2. Log in using the same email address you used when booking your appointment 
  3. Your prescription should be right there in your account

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Please note: You'll need a patient portal account to access your documents — this is different from your appointment confirmation.
  • Make sure you're using all lowercase letters for your email
  • Try using Chrome or Firefox
  • If you're on a work network, try switching to your phone or home Wi-Fi
