Patient Portal — What can I do?
The patient portal remains active. Patients can use it to:
• Download a copy of their prescription
• Download a copy of their receipt
• View personal information on file
Having trouble? Email info@2020onsite.com.
Here's how to access your portal:
- Go to patient.2020onsite.com
- Log in using the same email address you used when booking your appointment
- Your prescription should be right there in your account
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Please note: You'll need a patient portal account to access your documents — this is different from your appointment confirmation.
- Make sure you're using all lowercase letters for your email
- Try using Chrome or Firefox
- If you're on a work network, try switching to your phone or home Wi-Fi
