Can I get a receipt for my exam?
Your receipt is available to download directly from the patient portal at patient.2020onsite.com. Your prescription should be available there 24/7.
Here's how to access it:
- Go to patient.2020onsite.com
- Log in using the same email address you used when booking your appointment
- Your prescription should be right there in your account
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Please note: You'll need a patient portal account to access your documents — this is different from your appointment confirmation.
- Make sure you're using all lowercase letters for your email
- Try using Chrome or Firefox
- If you're on a work network, try switching to your phone or home Wi-Fi
